About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document for Solicitation F3G3CJ5231A001, providing clarifications about a security camera and maintenance contract. The solicitation involves Avigilon equipment (cameras and servers), which are owned by the government, with cameras to be installed at a maximum height of 10 feet. There is no current incumbent for this contract, and the government has a proprietary budget estimate. The contract includes two primary Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): CLIN 0001 for Annual Preventative Maintenance, which covers diagnostics and standard maintenance services outlined in the Statement of Work, and CLIN 0003 for Non-Preventative Maintenance Service Calls, which requires separate government approval and invoicing for additional repairs discovered during maintenance.
