1. -Are the cameras easily accessible?
Yes
2. -What is the height of the cameras? To see if we need a lift ~10 Feet
3. -Does the system have NVR(s) and is that going to be under this maintenance agreement?
No NVRs. Cameras are a direct feed to the monitor.
4. -Do you have an inventory list of the equipment?
We will need to gather this list.
5. -Throughout the lifetime of the contract, if any of the equipment needs to be replaced will the government be providing the hardware/equipment?
Yes?
6. -What is the phone/email response time requirements?
24 hrs?
7. -What is the onsite response time requirements?
Routine: Quarterly Inspections Urgent: 48 Hours
8. -Will the Lenel Software Upgrade/Support Plan (SUSP) and Subscription Software (SS) need to be paid for on this contract?

14. Who will be supporting the Lenel SUSP? If J2 is expected to can you please send the Lenel Dongle ID? What version is the Lenel system on?
Dongle & ID version is on the Statemen of Work. Not sure what J2 is or who will be supporting the Lenel SUSP.
15. How many Enclosures are there?
49 enclosures
16. What is the count of 1502 boards and MR 52 boards? How many backup batteries are there In each enclosure?
Not sure what 1502/MR 52 Boards are, but we have LNL-2220 & LNL-1320. We have 1-3 batteries per enclosure.
17. Does the equipment preventative maintenance include door hardware, card reader, door contact, request to exit?
Yes
18. Are there additional door position switches that are not attached to card readers and be included in this preventative maintenance/ inspection?
No
19. For the video surveillance system, what is the video management system? What version is it on? Is J2 and expected to support the licensing for the system?
N/A – We use a direct feed to the monitors.
20. Is a lift required to clean any of the cameras?
All cameras are ~10 Ft
21. Please provide a detailed map of the camera locations and door locations.
We will need to gather this list.
22. What is the badging requirements for the facility?
Swipe + PIN to gain entry
23. Does a quote need to include a line item stating a contingency bucket for repairs replacements, etc Or is this covered in time and materials?
Unknown
24. Is this a one year contract or will it be one year plus up to five years?
Current Contract is One year w/ Five option years.
25. Who is the current contract holder?

26. Should we plan to replace all the batteries in the existing enclosures for the first year of the maintenance program?
Yes – 116 batteries
27. Should we plan to include the cost for the SSA for Lenel to keep the firmware version up to date?
