GENERAL SUBMISSION NOTES

One of the 3 shall be labeled as “Binder 1-SF-330 Part I - Original Copy” and shall be unbound and unpunched and will not require a separate binder. Two copies shall be labeled as “Binder 1-SF-330 Part I – Copy #” on the spine of each binder and submitted in individual 3-ring binders. The electronic copy shall be a CD, in PDF format and Table of Contents (TOC) shall be hyperlinked to SF-330 section/content and shall contain the Standard Form 330 Part I and Part II. The electronic copy shall be included with the Binder 1-SF-330 Part I - Original Copy. NOTE: The hard copy identified as the “original copy” will take precedence in the event of discrepancies between the original hard copy and the electronic copy.

b. BINDER 2-SF-330 Part II – Submit 2 hard copies. One of the 2 shall be labeled as “Binder 2-SF-330 Part II - Original Copy” and shall be unbound and unpunched. 1 copy shall be labeled as “Binder 2-SF-330 Part II – Copy 1” on the spine of the binder and submitted in an individual 3-ring binder. One hard copy of the Submission Requirements Table shall be included in the front of the Binder 2-SF-330 Part II - Original Copy.

2. Firms are directed to keep the total page count of SF Form 330 Part I submission to no more than 80 pages of text/figures/tables, double sided, and numbered consecutively from 1 to 80 (one face of an 11 x 17 foldout will therefore have two consecutive page numbers). The Submission Requirements Table provides a page number guide per submittal section. Use of the total 80 page submittal limit is at the discretion of the firm. Any additional pages and or documents beyond the 80 page limitation will not be considered for evaluation. Blank pages with "this page intentionally left blank" will not be counted toward total page count. The cover, cover letter, table of contents and tabs for SF-330 Part I are excluded from the page count. There is no page limit on SF Form 330 Part II. Additionally, the SF-330 Part II is excluded from the specified total page counts.

3. Unless otherwise noted, submittals shall be prepared using Standard English and must be written in a concise, yet clear and informative style. Submittals shall use a minimum 12 point Times New Roman style font in preparing narrative elements and a minimum 10 point Times New Roman style font in preparing tables. A smaller Arial style font may be used on headers and footers, charts, graphs, figures, diagrams, illustrations, graphics, and schematics to accommodate a software capability, as long as all text is clear, legible and easily read. Headers and footers are not required. Headers and footers may be used at the discretion of the firm(s). However, if headers and footers are used, information shall be limited to page numbers, dates and submittal tab/section identification (i.e. Section E Professional Qualifications). Firm(s) name, logo or company identifiers shall not be inserted in headers or footers. Submissions may include color. Page sizes to be used include 8.5 x 11 and 11 x 17. The 11 x 17 sheets with printing on one side will count as 2 pages. The 11 x 17 sheets with printing on both sides will count as 4 pages.
