About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for the 15 TES Audio/Visual Equipment solicitation (F1TG156020A001) issued by the 15 Test and Evaluation Squadron at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada (Building 21, Building 620, Room 5). The Q&A addresses 84 clarifying questions regarding system specifications, equipment procurement responsibility, installation requirements, and operational parameters for a comprehensive audiovisual and video teleconferencing system.

Key requirements clarified include: the auditorium will feature two independently addressable projector systems projecting to existing 8-foot by 14-foot screens, three 75-inch displays with articulating mounts on side and back walls, and a dual-screen capable system allowing separate content routing to different displays simultaneously. The contractor is responsible for procuring and integrating a Cisco codec for AF7 video conferencing (supporting L3/L4/L5 classification levels), a managed network switch with POE capability, wireless microphones (TOA or equivalent Shure systems acceptable) meeting SAPF/SCIF security requirements, an 8-port ATEN CS1148DP4C KVM switch (government-furnished), Dante audio equipment, and all cabling and integration work. Government-furnished items include the functioning KVM, computers, projector screens, existing ceiling-mounted power receptacles, and a Sony EVI-X200C camera. The contractor must support multiple input types (HDMI and DisplayPort), accommodate growth flexibility for additional inputs, provide cybersecurity artifacts for ATO compliance, complete installation within 30 days of award during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 0730-1630), and deliver training to trainer personnel. Work location is Building 21, Nellis AFB, Nevada.
