About this file
This document appears to be a question and answer session from a site visit related to a federal contract opportunity for repairing lift stations at two locations on Joint Base Charleston Air Base in South Carolina.
The key details are:
- The contract is to replace two pumps and the control panel for the sewer lift stations at Building 97 and Building 509. Building 97 is completely out of service, while Building 509 is operating with 2 out of 4 pumps.
- The contractor is responsible for removing and disposing of all existing components, installing new control panels, supplying and installing new pumps, wiring, and testing for functionality. New rails will also need to be provided with the pumps.
- The solicitation number is F1M3E34115AQ01 and the contract is being awarded by the Department of the Air Force Air Mobility Command.
- The original Statement of Work will be revised, as Building 509 requires 4 pumps to be replaced, not 2 as originally stated.
