About this file

This document is an Ability One Certification form related to the RLP #36C25025R0030 for the Coldwater Clinic Lease. The document outlines federal procurement requirements for services listed on the AbilityOne Procurement List, specifically mandating that federal entities procure services from qualified nonprofit agencies (NPAs) for the blind or severely disabled when such services are available. For this specific lease involving custodial services, the Lessor is required to procure these services from a qualified NPA designated by the AbilityOne Commission if such services are available.

The certification section indicates that for this specific solicitation (RLP #36C25025R0030), AbilityOne services are currently unavailable. The form provides a template for offerors to document their contact with AbilityOne, including the date, method, and person contacted, and requires listing a reason if the services cannot be procured from an NPA. This document serves as a compliance mechanism to ensure consideration of employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities in federal contract service procurement.
