The lease terms include a 20-year full term with 15 years firm, and includes specific requirements regarding co-location restrictions, building placement, security features, and facility specifications. The space is intended for the U.S. Attorney's Office (USAO) and includes requirements for 10 structured parking spaces. Offers are due February 13, 2025, with estimated occupancy in August 2026.
