About this file
This document is a General Services Administration Regulation (GSAR) clause (552.270-34) detailing access limitations for high-security leased space, dated June 2021. The clause establishes strict access restrictions for lessors and their property management representatives, prohibiting them from maintaining or accessing the leased space without prior authorization from the Government. The Government retains sole discretion to grant access based on mission and responsibility considerations. Additionally, the clause requires both the Government and Lessor to jointly develop and sign written emergency access procedures as part of an Occupant Emergency Plan, ensuring controlled and coordinated access during emergency situations.
