About this file
Exhibit I - Lobbying Certification
This is a lobbying certification document related to a Pesticide Disposal Events contract opportunity in Texas. The document serves as a certification form that contractors and bidders must complete to comply with federal anti-lobbying requirements and regulations. The certification affirms that the contractor has not and will not use federal funds to engage in lobbying activities directed toward Congress, federal agencies, or other specified recipients. The form requires the authorized representative of the bidding organization to certify compliance with lobbying restrictions and to disclose any lobbying activities that may have been conducted using non-federal funds.
The certification document includes standard federal requirements for contractors receiving federal funding or participating in federally-assisted contracts. Signatories must acknowledge their understanding of the prohibition against using federal appropriated funds for lobbying purposes and certify their compliance with these restrictions. The document typically requires the signature of an authorized official and includes spaces for identifying the bidder or contractor organization, the contract number, and the date of certification. This certification is a mandatory submission requirement for bid consideration and contract award in compliance with federal lobbying regulations.
