About this file

This is a Key Contracting Persons Disclosure Statement for the TAFA Financial Audit contract opportunity in Texas. The document serves as a disclosure form identifying key personnel involved in the contracting process for the state and local financial audit services. The statement requires disclosure of individuals who will have primary responsibility for contract administration, oversight, and communication between the contracting entity and the vendor. This form is essential for transparency and accountability purposes, ensuring that all parties involved in the procurement process are properly identified and their roles clearly documented. The disclosure statement was prepared and dated June 11, 2024, and establishes the key points of contact and decision-makers for this audit engagement.

The document functions as a transparency requirement within the procurement process, typically requiring the identification of names, titles, and contact information for individuals serving in key contracting roles such as the procurement officer, project manager, and contract administrator. Such disclosures ensure that bidders and vendors have clear information about who will represent the agency throughout the contract lifecycle, from bid evaluation through contract performance and closeout. This type of disclosure statement is standard practice in government contracting to maintain ethical standards and provide bidders with necessary communication channels during the procurement and execution phases.
