About this file

This is an Exhibit G acknowledgement document related to Project J-463, a TLC Lecture Hall Renovation and Systems Renewal project at the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia. The document addresses the Section 179D deduction allocation process under the Energy Policy Act of 2005, which permits government building owners to allocate potential income tax deductions to designers who create technical specifications for energy-efficient commercial building property installations. The document requires the proposer to select one of two options regarding their intent to negotiate and seek any Section 179D deduction allocation from the project through an allocation agreement with the Owner, or to decline pursuit of such allocation.

The Owner reserves the right to retain a third-party consultant to manage and administer the allocation process. This acknowledgement form requires the proposer to provide the firm name, authorized signature, and date to document their election regarding Section 179D deduction participation. No specific pricing, contract term, or other financial details are included in this exhibit, as it functions solely as a declarative statement of intent regarding potential tax incentive allocation eligibility under federal energy efficiency policy.
