(d) Licensee is responsible for affixing the Official Label to each Licensed Product as required by this Agreement.
Licensee shall not provide Official Labels to any third party for any purpose whatsoever, without prior written approval by the TLO. Licensee’s use of the Official Label is contingent upon Licensee maintaining its rights under this Agreement.
Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, Licensee shall return all unused Official Labels to the TLO.
