Work Schedule (hrs per day)8
Sub Total00000000

Total Scheduled hrs 0

How to use tool to find personnel Scheduled hours:

1) Input beginning date and ending date (Cells A5 and B5)

2) Input the number of holidays in the month and hours worked (per day)(Cell C5 and C6)

3) Input hours scheduled to be worked Monday through Sunday (Cells D6, E6, F6, G6, H6, H6, I6, and J6)

4) Hours will automatically calculate into Total scheduled hrs (highlighted in Green, cell C11)

5) Data in cell C11 will auto populate in the Personnel data tab (column G).

*Note: DO NOT INPUT OVERTIME HOURS (OT will automatically be added in personnel tab column I)

Explanation of formula:

-The formula counts the number of days from the dates inputted. For instance, there are 5 mondays in the month of January (1/1/18-1/31/2018). Then is multiples the number of mondays in a month by the hours worked on mondays (5 mondays * 8hrs per monday = 40 hrs for mondays in the month of Jan 18.) The spread sheet will then automatically added up all the time worked subtracted by the holidays to give a total scheduled hrs worked.
