About this file

This document is a Price Sheet (Exhibit C) for Competitive Solicitation No. 2025-0509, issued by the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) for its Business Support Services Program. The solicitation seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive business support services for OMWBE-certified firms in the highway construction and consulting industry, with a proposed contract term of 24 months. The services are divided into four primary categories: Program Management, Accounting Practices, Marketing/Sales Advisement, and Bid Preparation/Contracting Support.

The price sheet requires bidders to complete a detailed pricing matrix, specifying estimated monthly hours and hourly rates for each service category. Bidders must also provide pricing for workshop events and computer/software units. The program aims to assist minority and women-owned businesses by offering free technical services, including program management, accounting training, business development, marketing support, and bid preparation assistance. The pricing structure allows WSDOT to evaluate potential contractors based on their proposed hourly rates and estimated service delivery capabilities across multiple business support domains.
