Exhibit_C_Photos_of_Decorated_Christmas_Tree_at_Zocalo_Plaza_2025.pdf

This file is an exhibit document supporting the Immokalee Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Christmas Tree Rental contract opportunity in Immokalee, Florida. Exhibit C contains photographs demonstrating sample decorations and setup of a decorated Christmas tree at Zocalo Plaza, the project site located at 107 N First Street in Immokalee. The images serve as visual reference material showing the expected appearance and scope of the seasonal installation, including the decorated artificial Christmas tree with white LED lights and colorful holiday decorations that bidders are expected to provide and install for the annual Immokalee MSTU Tree Lighting Event.

The photographs contained in this exhibit establish visual specifications and expectations for the holiday decorations at Zocalo Plaza, providing bidders with a clear reference point for the quality, style, and presentation standards required for the tree rental, lighting, and decoration services. This supporting documentation assists potential contractors in understanding the project requirements and deliverables for the seasonal installation and removal of the decorated Christmas tree at the specified location.
