About this file

This document is an Exhibit B: Example Work Order Fee Schedule for Pinellas County, specifically outlining a detailed pricing structure for aquatic plant removal and disposal services. The fee schedule provides a comprehensive breakdown for equipment mobilization and demobilization, aquatic plant removal across multiple site areas, and various disposal methods including onsite and offsite options. The document allows contractors to quote prices for different aspects of the project, with specific guidelines such as mobilization and demobilization costs not exceeding 5% of the total quote price.

The pricing structure includes unit prices for site acreage, mileage for offsite disposal, and tipping fees, with provisions for final change orders to rectify differences between estimated and actual values. The county will only pay for actual mileage and tipping fees accrued during the project. The fee schedule is designed to be transparent, with clear instructions that quoted prices should exclude federal or state sales taxes, and the contractor acknowledges that Pinellas County is not required to pay taxes on services, goods, or equipment purchased for the project. The document provides a systematic approach for contractors to calculate and submit a comprehensive quote for aquatic vegetation management services.
