About this file

This document is an Exhibit B: Example Work Order Fee Schedule for Pinellas County, specifically outlining a fee structure for aquatic plant removal and disposal services. The fee schedule provides a comprehensive pricing template for contractors to complete aquatic vegetation management, with detailed pricing breakdowns for equipment mobilization, plant removal across multiple site areas, and disposal methods including onsite and offsite options. The document allows for pricing calculations based on acreage, per-acre rates, mileage, and estimated vegetation weight.

The pricing structure includes specific guidelines such as mobilization and demobilization costs not exceeding 5% of the total quote price. The county will only pay for actual services rendered, with final change orders to rectify differences between estimated and actual values for mileage and tipping fees. The fee schedule is designed to be tax-exempt, with the contractor understanding that Pinellas County is not required to pay taxes on services, goods, or equipment purchased for the project. The document provides a flexible pricing framework that allows contractors to input specific unit prices, total site acreages, disposal methods, and associated costs for comprehensive aquatic vegetation management services.
