About this file

This is a Bid Proposal Form for the Florissant Golf Club Irrigation System project submitted to Florissant Parks and Recreation in Missouri. The project involves furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to install a complete new Rain Bird Integrated Control (IC) irrigation system throughout the golf course property. Work includes installation of HDPE mainline and lateral piping systems in various sizes (2" through 12"), Rain Bird IC sprinkler heads for greens, tees, fairways, and perimeter areas, a Rain Bird CirrusPro Central Control System with integrated control interface equipment and Maxi wire communication cable, removal and disposal of existing irrigation components, trenching and vibratory plowing, and restoration of disturbed areas. The project requires coordination with the Golf Course Superintendent to maintain existing system operation during construction and maintain golf course playability by keeping all but one hole open during construction.

The bid form requires line item pricing for the complete irrigation system less mobilization, mobilization costs, removal of existing sprinklers and controllers, and a total bid including mobilization. Bidders must complete a comprehensive unit price schedule covering HDPE pipe in multiple diameters, valves, sprinkler heads, communication wire, air relief assemblies, and quick couplers, with all prices designated as "installed price" including labor, materials, equipment, tools, warranties, guarantees, permits, licenses, taxes, insurance, bonds, and overhead and profit. The form requires bidders to acknowledge receipt of any addenda, declare no substantial conflicts of interest, provide certificates of insurance and performance bonds within ten working days of award, and submit start and completion date projections. No substitutions are permitted, and incomplete bids or those lacking prices for any line item or unit price may be rejected as non-responsive.
