About this file
This document is Exhibit B: Example Work Order Fee Schedule for Pinellas County, detailing a pricing template for aquatic plant removal and disposal services. The fee schedule provides a comprehensive breakdown for contractors to quote prices across multiple project areas, including equipment mobilization, aquatic plant removal by acreage, and vegetation disposal methods. The document allows for pricing of up to five separate site areas, with flexible options for onsite and offsite disposal, including mileage and tipping fees.
The pricing structure includes specific constraints, such as mobilization and demobilization costs not exceeding 5% of the total quote price. The fee schedule notes that Pinellas County is not required to pay taxes on services, goods, or equipment, and that final change orders will rectify any differences between estimated and actual values for mileage and disposal fees. The document provides a transparent mechanism for calculating total project costs, with separate line items for equipment mobilization, aquatic plant removal, disposal of aquatic vegetation, and equipment demobilization, culminating in a total quote price that aggregates these individual components.
