Exhibit_A_-_Sugden_Equipment_List.pdf

This document is an equipment list exhibit for the Collier County Board of County Commissioners, Parks & Recreation Division, supporting a watersports instruction service contract at Sugden Regional Park in Florida. The equipment inventory comprises approximately 40 watercraft and related assets, including multiple sailing dinghies (Optimist, Laser Radial, and Precision models), motorized boats (ski boats, pontoon boats, and inflatable boats with outboard motors), catamarans (Hobie Wave and Hobie Club Wave models), and associated trailers and accessories. The asset list includes vessels ranging from small dinghies to larger boats such as a 20-foot ski boat and 18-foot pontoon boat, as well as specialized equipment including boat trailers, an enclosed cargo trailer, inflatable mats for beach access, and a Yamaha outboard motor.

The equipment list serves as Exhibit A to the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) for watersports instruction services at Sugden Regional Park, indicating that these assets will be available for contractor use in delivering the requested services. The inventory reflects a comprehensive aquatic program capability with equipment suitable for multiple instructional levels and water sports disciplines, including sailing, skiing, and general boating instruction. No specific pricing, quantities needed per asset type, or contract terms are detailed in this exhibit; these details would be contained in the primary ITN solicitation documents.
