EXHIBIT A – Desired Integrations and Programs List
• Human Services Desired Interfaces and Data Exchanges
• Human Services Desired Internal System Integrations List
• Human Services Sample Programs List
Human Services Desired Interfaces and Data Exchanges
Desired interfaces and data exchanges with external entities/systems and internal systems. Pinellas County collaborates with a range of community partners for service delivery across multiple continuums. In many cases, data is shared to help with care coordination, program planning, performance review, and other reasons. The following are listed as desired interfaces and data exchanges for informational purposes. In some cases, the goal will be to automate our operational exchange of secure data with our partners (ie: not direct system interfacing), in other instances, where opportunities exist, the collaboration may include a closer integration and exchange across systems. It is important to note that these opportunities would have to be explored and approved by partner agencies and approval should in no way be assumed based on this proposal.
