About this file

This document package includes a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and a related federal contract solicitation. The CDRL outlines four data items required under a Third Party Logistics (3PL) contract, including an Electronic Data Interchange setup plan, proof load testing certificate, first article test procedures, and first article test report. It specifies delivery methods and timelines for drafts, revisions and final versions of each data item. The related solicitation is for 3PL support for multiple non-standard rotary wing aviation platforms from the US Army Contracting Command on behalf of the Multi-National Aviation Special Projects Office. It will be a multiple award IDIQ contract for a base period of two years and two two-year option periods, with one year ordering periods within each option. The 3PL providers will perform program management, procurement, transportation, supplier management, EDI, quality assurance, component repair, engineering, testing, and logistical support. Responses are due per the solicitation schedule.
