About this file

Exhibit 2 is a Proposal Response Requirements document from Flagler County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) for RFP Number 25-010P, soliciting proposals for Demountable Walls and Doors for the Nexus Center project. The document outlines comprehensive proposal submission guidelines, requiring proposers to provide detailed information across nine specific tabs, including company background, qualifications, experience, implementation plan, and a separate fees form. Proposers must submit one bound original, three bound copies, and one electronic copy of their proposal, with specific organizational requirements such as providing corporate information, references, staff qualifications, and a project approach.

The fees proposal section allows proposers to submit cost details for demountable wall and FPD-5 Rotary Cut Doors, including cost and installation. The county reserves the right to adjust fees based on unusual and unanticipated factors, with proposers required to provide substantial proof and justification for any fee increase. Minimum qualification requirements include being registered to do business in Florida, having a valid state license for wall and door work, providing customer references, and meeting various legal and administrative criteria such as not being listed on prohibited companies lists and having no recent public entity crime convictions.
