About this file
This document is a Scope of Work from Flagler County for a Demountable Partition Contractor/Fabricator (DPC) for the Flagler County Nexus Center project. The scope involves providing detailed drawings, specifications, installation, and coordination of demountable partition systems as part of the Fixture, Furniture, and Equipment (FF&E) package. The project requires a modular and reconfigurable partition system that meets specified acoustic and aesthetic requirements while adhering to building codes and standards. The successful DPC will be responsible for design coordination, site preparation, final testing, and ensuring seamless integration with existing interiors.
The DPC must coordinate with the Construction Manager (Ajax Building) and Flagler County, submit all required documentation, and verify site conditions prior to fabrication. Key responsibilities include investigating the as-built site, submitting a schedule for review, obtaining any necessary permits, and providing comprehensive warranties and maintenance guidelines. The partitions will be FF&E Package number 1, with installation planned for mid-May 2025. No separate permit is required, as the Construction Manager (CMAR) will handle all permitting. The contractor must adhere to the specifications outlined in the attached documents and coordinate closely with the county throughout the project.
