About this file
This is a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed by the City of Orlando, Florida, in connection with RFP26-0578 for the Camping World Stadium Converged Network System (CNS) Refresh project. The agreement governs the disclosure of confidential proprietary information to prospective vendors responding to the request for proposal. The City of Orlando seeks to replace the core network, including all edge switching and the wi-fi system at Camping World Stadium, which is currently undergoing renovation. The objective is to install a comprehensive network and wi-fi system to provide an elevated and more reliable fan experience consistent with a world-class facility. The NDA does not specify response dates, due dates, site visits, bidder's meetings, award dates, or contract terms, as it is a standard confidentiality agreement rather than a formal solicitation document.
The NDA establishes the terms under which vendors may receive and utilize confidential City information solely for evaluating a potential business relationship and responding to the proposal. Vendors are required to maintain the confidentiality of disclosed information using reasonable care equivalent to protecting their own confidential information and may only disclose information to employees with a need to know. The agreement specifies that confidential information remains the property of the City, grants no intellectual property rights to vendors, and requires return or destruction of all materials within thirty days of termination or upon written request. The City of Orlando's Chief Procurement Officer serves as the primary contact, located at 400 South Orange Avenue, 4th Floor, Orlando, Florida 32891. The agreement is governed by Florida law with exclusive jurisdiction in Orange County, Florida courts.
