About this file

This is a Bid Pricing Sheet and Specifications document issued by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry (ODAFF) for Solicitation #EV00000903 regarding the procurement of farmers market plastic bags. The solicitation requires bidders to supply two types of bags: T-shirt bags in quantities of 250,000, 300,000, or 350,000 units, and produce bags in quantities of 200,000 or 250,000 units. The T-shirt bags must be 0.65 mil thickness, white, 12" x 7" x 23" in size, packaged in boxes of 1,000 each, and imprinted on one side with the Oklahoma Grown Logo in green. The produce bags must be 15 mic thickness, clear, 12" x 18" in size, supplied on rolls with cardboard cores, and similarly imprinted with the Oklahoma Grown Logo in green. All bags must be delivered by June 5, 2026, to 3421 N. Walnut Ave., Oklahoma City, OK 73105, with the delivery driver required to contact Brady Womack at 405-886-8093 at least three days in advance. Delivery trucks must be equipped with lift gates for unloading.

Bids must include all costs for print plates, setup fees, shipping, and handling charges, with bidders required to provide information regarding potential overages that may or may not be accepted by ODAFF. The award will be made to a single vendor on a lowest and best value basis with no split bids permitted. Bidders must submit total pricing for each line item without breaking down individual costs per bag. All applicable costs must be included in the quote, as ODAFF is not responsible for vendor omissions. If specified items are unavailable, vendors may quote comparable alternatives with detailed descriptions of the substitute products.
