About this file
This document is an Amendment to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Kansas Department of Administration's Office of Procurement and Contracts for the Adjutant Generals' Department, specifically for Janitorial Services at the Fort Leavenworth Mission Training Complex. The amendment, dated October 14, 2025, is identified as Amendment Number One for Event Number EVT0010501, with a closing date of November 4, 2025. The procurement officer is Lily J Lundy, and the document provides responses to eight questions from potential bidders regarding the contract specifications, service requirements, and operational details.
The RFP indicates that the contract funding comes from a combination of Title 32 and Title 10 sources, and is not subject to Service Contract Act wage determinations. The janitorial services will require daily cleaning in some buildings, with varying frequencies for different facilities, and include provisions for emergency services and extended hours during training months (June, July, and August). The contract includes a minimum of 20 hours per week of standard service and 20 hours of "Flex" time to be scheduled as needed. Emergency services will be invoiced separately, and the cleaning requirements include specific instructions for different areas such as restrooms, fitness centers, and field latrines. Potential bidders are advised to monitor the procurement website for any additional changes or addenda.
