About this file

This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) evaluation scoresheet for a Social Media Coordinator position with the RFP number RFP_F-0000000020-MH. The document outlines a comprehensive scoring methodology for evaluating potential vendors, with a total of 100 possible evaluation points across six key categories: Qualifications (20 points), Demonstrated Understanding of Scope of Work (15 points), Process/Manner/Methods of Providing Service (15 points), Demonstrated Relative Experience (10 points), References (5 points), and Experience with K-12/Public Education (5 points).

The cost evaluation component represents 30 points, with a unique pricing formula that awards points based on the lowest proposed price. Specifically, the proposer with the lowest price receives 100% of cost points, while other proposers receive a proportional allocation. Notably, if a proposer's price exceeds 200% of the lowest price, they will receive zero cost points. The scoring scale ranges from 0 (failure/no response) to 5 (superior), allowing evaluators to rate each category's responsiveness and quality systematically.
