About this file

This document is a pre-proposal conference overview for the Texas Teachers Retirement System (TRS) PAVES account registration and activation process. It provides detailed instructions for suppliers to register in the PAVES system, locate solicitations, submit proposals, and manage awarded contracts. Key steps include registering a new company in PAVES, completing required documentation, accessing solicitation details, submitting proposals during the initial round, and participating in the question and answer round. The document also covers post-award contract management, including managing contracts, contract teams, deliverables, invoicing, and meeting HUB subcontracting requirements.

The related state and local contract opportunity is for Investment Term Capture Tool Services for the Texas Teachers Retirement System. This RFP seeks qualified vendors to provide an automated tool to extract and database key investment contract terms across private market, real estate, and energy infrastructure portfolios. The contract will cover Travis County and several jurisdictions within the City of Austin. No pricing details, set-asides, incumbents, or funding information is provided.
