About this file
This document is an Addendum 2 to the Request for Offer (RFO) DIR-CPO-TMP-575 for Google Branded Products and Related Services issued by the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR). The addendum provides additional information and answers to vendor questions, including clarification that the Statement of Work template is for informational purposes only and not a mandatory response document. The addendum also extends the RFO response deadline to August 22, 2023, and confirms the availability of a pre-bid conference video recording. Respondents are required to provide pricing for all Google products within the scope outlined in Section 2.1.1 of the RFO, but can exclude any products they do not carry. The addendum also clarifies that only Google-branded products and services are in scope, and that a discount off MSRP/List Price pricing model is required, rather than a discount off a verifiable price index.
The RFO is seeking to establish a statewide contract for Google Branded Products and Related Services for use by the Texas DIR and its customers, which include Travis County and the City of Austin. The contract term is not specified, but may include renewal options. Pricing must be provided using the Exhibit E Itemized Pricing sheet, and respondents are required to submit completed reference forms as part of their response.
