About this file

This document is a Texas Family Code Schedule associated with an OPIS Subscription contract opportunity in Texas. The file appears to be a reference schedule outlining statutory provisions and regulatory framework relevant to family law matters in the State of Texas. The document establishes the legal and procedural guidelines that govern family code applications, including provisions related to court procedures, custody arrangements, support obligations, and other family law matters that may be applicable to the scope of work or service delivery requirements for the subscription service.

The schedule serves as a foundational reference document to ensure that any services or products provided under the OPIS Subscription contract maintain compliance with Texas Family Code requirements and state statutory obligations. This reference material would be essential for any vendor or service provider delivering family law-related information, reporting, or case management solutions to ensure alignment with current Texas legal standards and regulatory requirements. The document does not contain specific pricing terms, renewal options, or contract performance dates, but rather functions as a compliance and reference framework for the broader contract opportunity.
