Question: How far is the 40 yard dumpster location from the parking garages? Can we start before 6am Sunday? Will a water source be provided?

Aug 14, 2026 1:45 PM

Answered by Monica Presson: Parking garages included on the solicitation to be cleaned are located at 1511, 1610, and 1700 San Jacinto Blvd. and the dumpster location at Lot 22 is to be placed at 1500 San Jacinto Blvd. These locations are within a couple blocks of each other. Yes, if the vendor proposes different hours for a valid reason, then TFC will consider approval in advance of the work starting.

Saturday night after the games are not authorized, as some vehicles remain parked overnight, requiring clean-up on Sundays. Yes, TFC can direct the vendor to a water spicket.

GEN No. 0010351
