The contractor assumes full responsibility for any damage to parking lots, fences, and adjacent vehicles, with DPS assessing damages and requiring contractor payment for repairs within 30 days of notification. Vehicles must be towed from DPS property and cannot be driven off premises. DPS will provide salvage titles and Applications for Texas Title (DMV form 130-U) for each vehicle. This addendum reflects revisions to Exhibit F.6 (Statement of Work) and maintains all other terms and conditions of the original solicitation in full force and effect.
