About this file
This is a Scope of Work attachment for an Invitation for Bid (IFB 809-26-0012) issued by the State Preservation Board for the Bullock Texas State History Museum Graphics Production & Installation project. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to produce and install museum graphics on an as-needed basis for exhibitions, wayfinding, interior and exterior signage, and marketing materials. Six primary production types are specified: large vinyl graphics applied directly to walls with high-resolution printing and UV-resistant laminate; acrylic exhibit labels with polished edges and precision-cut specifications; acrylic first-floor labels with specific thickness and text-only requirements; direct printing to rigid PVC-based white substrate; contour cut vinyl lettering with specified dimensions for "BULLOCK MUSEUM" signage; and dimensional painted acrylic lettering with VHB adhesive mounting. All deliverables must be delivered within seven business days to the museum location and meet the institution's highest quality standards regarding dimensions, color, finish, and edge treatment. Installation is included in pricing and will require vendor-provided standard ladders, though special equipment such as lifts will be reviewed and charged on a case-by-case basis.
Pricing for all items must be submitted on a per-square-foot basis on the Bid Form and must include delivery costs to the Bullock Texas State History Museum and any required installation costs. Digital proofs are required before printing final deliverables for each project, with hard proofs needed if color matching is required. The museum will provide clean installation sites ready to receive new graphics, and the vendor will not be responsible for removing existing graphics unless performing a reinstallation caused by vendor error. Quality assurance standards are to be maintained consistently across all production types, and failure to meet performance requirements may result in termination of the purchase order. All installation sites will require the use of a six-foot-eight-foot vendor-provided ladder.

Finished products must meet client expectations of highest standard of quality control before the graphics are delivered to TSHM.
Installation:
For the purpose of this RFP, projects will require the use of a 6'‐8' vendor‐provided ladder. Any project that requires a lift or any other equipment for installation will be an additional cost to the SPB, and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. All installation sites will be clean and ready to receive the new graphics. The vendor will not be responsible for removing any graphics before installation, unless performing a re‐installation caused by vendor error, then vendor will be responsible for removal.
