About this file
This is a Mandatory Price Sheet document for Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 304T-27-755A1 issued by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, Statewide Procurement Division, for Road and Highway Equipment focused on Asphalt and Concrete Handling and Processing Equipment. The procurement requires respondents to submit pricing for two primary equipment categories: Paver-Finisher, Bituminous, Pneumatic-Tired, Self-Propelled units (such as Blaw-Knox PF-7170B, CAT AP1000, Vogele SUPER 2003-3i, Roadtec RP190e, or CPA-approved equivalents) and Cold, Track Mounted Planners (such as Caterpillar Model PM-620 or Wirtgen Model W 200fi or CPA-approved equivalents). The bid is available statewide across all 25 Texas highway districts, with respondents able to select specific districts or bid statewide. Respondents must provide pricing for all base units and manufacturer-offered options, with delivery times required after receipt of order (ARO) for each item.
Pricing submissions must include only numeric values or "No Bid" entries, with blank cells considered non-responsive and potentially resulting in bid disqualification. Respondents must provide pricing for all manufacturer-offered options, entering $0.00 for standard features or no-cost options and "No Bid" only for unavailable items, with CPA strongly encouraging third-party options when OEM options are unavailable. The price sheet requires respondents to identify the make, manufacturer, model, and part number for each item bid. Respondents bidding standalone equipment must first bid the base unit, as standalone equipment ships separately from the base unit and follows a Firm Price with Escalation pricing structure as referenced in the procurement documents. Highway District selection is required, with respondents able to specify yes or no for each of the 25 districts or select statewide coverage.
