About this file
This document is a Supplementary General Conditions attachment for RFP No. 3202600220 related to the CCRC Kitchen Cooler Remediation project in Texas. The attachment outlines two primary contractual requirements that the successful contractor must meet during the contract term.
The contractor is required to obtain and maintain umbrella liability insurance throughout the contract period in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total awarded contract sum, including any selected alternate pricing. This umbrella policy must provide coverage at least as broad as the primary liability coverages and must apply in excess and follow form of those primary coverages. The policy must include "drop down" coverage provisions to ensure protection when underlying primary insurance coverage limits are insufficient or exhausted. Additionally, liquidated damages for contract non-compliance have been established at three hundred dollars ($300.00) per day.
