However, the cost of items or services covered by this Contract is considered a recurring requirement and is included as a standard and routine expense of Hays County to be included in each proposed budget within the foreseeable future. County Commissioners expect this to be an integral part of future budgets to be approved during the period of this Contract except for unanticipated needs or events which may prevent such payments against this Contract. The Fiscal Year for County extends from October 1st of each calendar year to September 30th of the next calendar year.

3. 14. SUBCONTRACTS:

a. Contractor shall not enter into any subcontracts for any service or activity relating to the performance of this Contract without the prior written approval or the prior written waiver of this right of approval from County. IT IS ACKNOWLEDGED BY CONTRACTOR THAT NO OFFICER, AGENT, EMPLOYEE OR REPRESENTATIVE OF COUNTY HAS THE AUTHORITY TO GRANT SUCH APPROVAL OR WAIVER UNLESS

EXPRESSLY GRANTED THAT SPECIFIC AUTHORITY BY THE COMMISSIONERS COURT.
