About this file

This is a Solid Waste Reporting Form issued by the Texas Military Department, Texas Army National Guard, used for documenting waste management activities on state projects. The form requires contractors to report solid waste metrics during specified reporting periods. Key reporting requirements include the volume of solid waste disposed of during the reporting period measured in tons, with precision levels determined by the receiving vendor contracted by the General Contractor, and the volume of solid waste diverted from landfills during the same reporting period, also measured in tons to the precision specified by the receiving vendor. The form accommodates reporting for multiple projects and requires contractor certification through signature, typed name, firm name, and date.

The form serves as a compliance and documentation tool for pay applications, which require complete solid waste reporting information to be processed. Definitions of solid waste, disposed of, and diverted from materials are referenced in Army Regulations 420-1 and 200-1. The reporting structure indicates this is part of a larger contract management process where waste disposal and diversion metrics are tracked and verified by contracted vendors, supporting the state's environmental and waste management objectives for military facilities operations.
