Damaged or defective materials must be immediately removed and replaced at no cost to DPS. The contractor is responsible for all waste disposal, site cleanup, and restoration of the temporary staging area to original condition upon completion. A comprehensive pre-job damage survey must be completed with photographic documentation before work begins.
