About this file
This document contains submission instructions and information issued by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) in September 2025 for responding to a state procurement solicitation. Respondents must submit all materials electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com, which requires registration and supports Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox browsers with JavaScript and cookies enabled. The document emphasizes that submissions must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized before the posted due date, with vendors strongly advised to allow at least one business day for upload completion due to potential file size and internet speed constraints. All amendments to the solicitation will be issued via Public Notice on the electronic bid system, and respondents are responsible for regularly checking for and obtaining any applicable amendments. Any questions or requests for additional information regarding solicitation specifications must be submitted through the electronic bid system by dates specified in the solicitation.
All responses received by TDCJ at the advertised due date and time are considered final, conclusive, and irrevocable, with no amendments or corrections permitted after the deadline. Respondents may withdraw and resubmit responses at any time prior to the due date. It is the sole responsibility of each respondent to ensure that response documents successfully arrive before the deadline, regardless of any technical limitations with their organization's online submission capabilities. Technical assistance for the Bonfire platform is available through email at support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or via the Euna Procurement Vendor Knowledgebase. The instructions recommend that respondents verify successful submission by reviewing submitted documents in their account after receiving a "Submission Complete" notice, as no changes can be made once the close date has passed.

Submission
It is recommended that once you have completed your final submission and received a notice status of “Submission Complete” from Euna Procurement, you access your account again and review the documents to verify that the correct content has been provided.
