About this file

This is Addendum No. 1 to Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 26-15 issued by a Texas jurisdiction for Street Asphaltic Paving, Milling, and Restriping Services. The addendum modifies the original RFP terms and conditions applicable to contractors bidding on street maintenance and pavement services. The addendum clarifies requirements, specifications, and procedural details for the solicitation process, including modifications to evaluation criteria, technical specifications, or bidding requirements as originally outlined in the base RFP document.

The addendum serves to ensure all prospective bidders have consistent and updated information regarding project scope, submission requirements, and evaluation standards prior to proposal submission. Contractors are required to acknowledge receipt and compliance with this addendum as part of their bid submission. The modifications contained within this addendum supersede conflicting language in the original RFP No. 26-15 and establish binding requirements for all participants in the procurement process.
