About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers response from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) regarding solicitation 3202600118 for Trinity Landscape Services. The Q&A clarifies project specifications and scope modifications requested during the bidding process. Key clarifications include confirmation that granite gravel should be sized between ½ inch and 1 inch, that existing stepping stones should be leveled rather than replaced with new pavers, and that the agency will handle repairs to dead areas within existing Asian Jasmine plantings rather than requiring contractors to provide pricing for that work.

The document does not contain information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractors, contract duration, renewal options, funding sources, or other financial details. This Q&A document serves as an amendment to the original solicitation to provide prospective bidders with clarifications on specific project requirements and scope modifications.
