Following the base term and renewals, TWC may extend the contract for one additional option period not to exceed one year.

Pricing must be submitted using the required Form 2 - Cost Proposal format and will remain firm and constant throughout the contract term and any exercised renewal options. Payment will be made only upon TWC acknowledgment that services have been satisfactorily performed, with all pricing considered all-inclusive; no per diem, travel, equipment, or incidental expenses will be reimbursed by TWC.
