About this file

This is Addendum 2 to Solicitation 405-25R0012016 issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Procurement and Contract Services on September 12, 2025. The addendum amends Section C.2 Specifications and Statement of Work, specifically revising Item 5 under Subchapter B regarding Parts, Equipment, and Services for the Statewide Aircraft Maintenance Open Enrollment contract. The amendment requires contractors to provide current pricing catalogs detailing manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) and billing based on MSRP discount percentages offered to DPS for aircraft listed in the Mandatory Pricing Schedule. The solicitation does not extend the receipt deadline for offers. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this addendum prior to the specified deadline through one of three methods: completing and returning three copies of the addendum, acknowledging receipt on each copy of the submitted offer, or submitting separate written communication referencing the solicitation and addendum numbers. Failure to acknowledge receipt may result in rejection of the offer.

The amendment establishes that cost plus markup for aircraft parts may not exceed $5,000.00. Contractors seeking to modify previously submitted offers must do so via email or letter with appropriate references to the solicitation and addendum number, provided the modification is received prior to the specified opening date and time. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain in full force and effect. This addendum applies to the ongoing Statewide Aircraft Maintenance contract covering aircraft maintenance services across six Texas regions through August 20, 2030.
