About this file

This document is a Pricing Schedule (Attachment G.4) for the Texas Military Department (TMD) soliciting painting and maintenance services for light poles at Camp Mabry Military Base. The document covers Class and Item categories 910-54 (Painting, Maintenance and Repair Services), 912-60 (Maintenance and Repair, Street Lighting), and 931-53 (Lighting Fixtures Maintenance and Repair). The project involves labor, materials, and equipment for repainting light poles, with a quantity of 1 job, and requires contractors to estimate their project completion timeline from receipt of the purchase order.

The pricing schedule indicates that the award will be based on the most responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest price, with TMD reserving the right to award based on best value as directed by Texas Government Code § 2155.074. The award is contingent upon the availability of State and/or Federal funding, and TMD can award all, none, or any sequence of bid alternates. The document includes a Table 2 for Pricing Assumptions, allowing bidders to outline any specific pricing conditions or assumptions for the deliverables, though in this instance, no specific assumptions are noted.
