About this file

This document is a Solicitation Addendum (Addendum No. 2) issued by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) for an Invitation for Bids (IFB No. 608-24-96172B) for Court Reporting and Transcription Services. The solicitation seeks a vendor to provide court reporting and transcription services, with an estimated 30-35 meetings annually, including both in-person and virtual formats. The addendum includes responses to vendor questions covering various aspects of the solicitation, such as accessibility requirements, scheduling, subcontractor approvals, and service expectations.

The document emphasizes compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and requires vendors to make a good faith effort to utilize Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) in accordance with Texas Administrative Code. While specific pricing details are not provided in this addendum, it references additional attachments (Attachment D Statement of Work, Attachment C Contract Terms & Conditions) that likely contain more comprehensive information about service requirements, travel expenses, insurance, and other contractual details. The solicitation allows for potential post-award kickoff meetings and requires vendors to adhere to specific subcontracting and equipment usage guidelines.
