About this file
This document is an Addendum for Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. 304T-25-760A1.1 issued by the Statewide Procurement Division (SPD), a division of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA), for Skid Steer Loaders. The purpose of this Addendum is to extend the response due date from October 7, 2024 to October 21, 2024, and to make changes to various technical specifications in Attachment G, including adjustments to lift breakout force, transmission and drive, hydraulics, and tires. The Addendum also provides responses to several questions from potential bidders.
The IFB is for a statewide contract, with the Texas Department of Transportation being a major customer for these items. The Addendum outlines the specific changes made to the technical specifications, which appear to be in response to feedback from potential vendors. Pricing terms, set-asides, and funding details are not provided in the Addendum, but can likely be found in the original IFB document.
