Question Answer
[Redacted] does not carry contractual liability coverage. Would this information be listed as an exception (on the format provided) or can the verbiage be altered and/or removed?
Insurance coverages will be handled on a case by case basis during evaluations. SPD requests this be submitted in exception format. Reference Part A, section A. 16.7 Assumptions Exceptions and Negotiations.
Can we add verbiage specifying that all freezers provided and maintained by [Redacted] are to be stocked with [Redacted] products only? We request that products from companies other than [Redacted] not be permitted in [Redacted] freezers.
The Customer agrees to utilize freezers only for the products the awarded Contractor supplies for lines 12-13.
[Redacted]’s current cabinet failure policy reads that half credit is issued on all damaged merchandise due to cabinet failures. No credit will be allowed on merchandise damaged in a natural disaster or due to weather-related losses.
Can we change the verbiage to reflect information regarding our half credit and no credit policies?
Reference Part A, section 7.3.b Contractor Requirements.
Contractor must provide full credit for any products damaged as a result of mechanical failures of the freezer units. Contractor is not responsible for losses due to a weather related power outage.
