About this file
This document is an Addendum to an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Statewide Procurement Division for Contract No. 304T-25-380M2 for Ice Cream Scheduled Deliveries. The addendum provides an additional customer requirement that the awarded contractor's products must be the only ones stored in the customer's freezers. The addendum also addresses questions related to insurance coverage, product placement in freezers, and credit policies for damaged merchandise. The contract is for the delivery of ice cream products, and the customer has specified that they will only utilize the freezers provided by the awarded contractor for the products on lines 12-13 of the IFB.
Regarding pricing and other terms, the addendum indicates that insurance coverages will be handled on a case-by-case basis during evaluations, and the customer agrees to utilize the awarded contractor's freezers only for the specified product lines. The addendum also clarifies the contractor's responsibilities for providing full credit for products damaged due to mechanical failures of the freezer units, but the contractor is not responsible for losses due to weather-related power outages.
