About this file

This document is an amendment to Request for Offer IW191672 issued by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ). The purpose of the amendment is to provide responses to vendor questions regarding the solicitation. The TDCJ is seeking the procurement of specific printer models, and orders will be placed on an as-needed basis for specified quantities. Vendors are required to submit their bids by August 30, 2024. The amendment clarifies that the solicitation is for the printer models only, and toner will be purchased separately. It also states that purchases made for state use are exempt from Texas state sales tax.

The amendment further informs vendors that "No Bid" responses may be emailed to TDCJ, and that they must fill out the solicitation package and follow the requirements listed in the solicitation. Vendors are advised to review the question deadline on Page 3 of the solicitation for any additional clarifications.
